Luis Suárez and Nacional go for the comeback in the South American, what time and where to watch the game

Nacional from Uruguay, with the probable title of star Luis Suarez, will visit Atlético Goianiense from Brazil on Tuesday in the rematch of the Copa Sudamericana quarterfinals, forced to win after the setback suffered a week ago in Montevideo.

The match at the Sierra Dorada stadium in Goiania will be played from 7:15 p.m. with arbitration by Argentine Darío Herrera and will be broadcast by ESPN and DirecTV Sports.

In full hubbub over the return of Pistolero Suárez after a brilliant 17-year career in European football, Nacional was surprised last Tuesday at its Gran Parque Central stadium by a diligent Brazilian team -with former Independiente and Platense scorer Diego Churín- who took advantage of a goal in the first leg.

Suárez, who arrived in Uruguay two days before that match, played a few minutes in the first leg and added minutes again on Friday against Rentistas for the local tournament (win 3-0), with the bonus of having converted his first goal , although they also saved a penalty.

The 35-year-old striker could play this Tuesday for the first time since the start – he would take the place of Emmanuel “Puma” Gigliotti – given the sporting and economic importance that advancing to the semifinals of the Copa Sudamericana represents for the Uruguayan club.

The winner of this meeting will collide with the winner of São Paulo and Ceará from Brazil, whose key is 1-0 in favor of the team from São Paulo. The rematch will be played this Wednesday at 7:15 p.m.

Independent of the Valley and Táchira

The other match that will be resolved tomorrow will be Independiente del Valle de Ecuador, 2019 champion, who will receive Deportivo Táchira with the 1-0 advantage obtained in Venezuela. Colombian referee John Ospina will whistle the start at 9:30 p.m., broadcast by DirecTV Sports.

The quarterfinals will close on Thursday at 7:15 p.m. with the revenge between Inter de Porto Alegre and Melgar from Peru, who equalized goalless in Arequipa in the first match.
