Alexa and Brennon Lemieux, stars of Love Is Blind Season 3, have announced their separation. The couple concluded their marriage after four years.
Alexa, 31, shared the difficult news on Instagram on Wednesday, December 3. She stated the decision was made "after much reflection and many heartfelt conversations."
She added, "This decision was not made lightly and comes with much love, respect, and appreciation for the time we have shared."
The statement highlighted their gratitude for the experiences that shaped them. They also acknowledged the growth each achieved along the way.
Despite the end of their marriage, Alexa stated that she and Brennon, 35, remain dedicated to their daughter, Vienna. The couple welcomed Vienna in July 2024.
They are "committed to navigating this transition with compassion." The statement concluded with a request for privacy while they focus on their individual paths and prioritize their child.
Alexa and Brennon first met during the third season of Love Is Blind. The show was filmed in 2021 and aired on Netflix in 2022.
They formed an instant connection during their initial dates in the pods. Brennon told Alexa he was "so obsessed" and "in love" with her during his proposal.
He also promised, "I want to spend every day of my life trying to make you happy in any way I can." When they met in person, Alexa expressed being "really happy" to see him.
The couple married during the Season 3 finale. At the reunion in November 2022, they revealed they had moved in together.
That same month, Brennon told Us Weekly he was "head over heels in love" with Alexa. He described their relationship as "great" at the time.
Alexa publicly showcased their relationship on social media as well. In an Instagram tribute, she described meeting her "lobster" in May 2021.
She detailed falling for his southern accent, infectious laugh, and other qualities. Alexa called him "the best person I’ve ever met" and her "home."
The insurance agency owner and sales manager announced they were expecting their first child in January 2024. They shared a joint Instagram post teasing "baby Lemieux coming soon."
In August 2024, they announced the birth of their daughter, Vienna Ziva Lemieux, on July 31, 2024. The joint post noted Vienna had "mommy’s hair and daddy’s dimples," adding, "we couldn’t be more in love."
