López Obrador confirms that the Foreign Minister will attend the Summit of the Americas in his place

The President of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, has ruled out attending again to the Summit of the Americas to be held starting this Monday in Los Angeles, so Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrand will attend in his place.
