South Korean powerhouse T1 has secured a historic fourth consecutive berth in the League of Legends World Championship final, where they will face the undefeated KT Rolster in a battle for the 2025 title.
T1, led by star player Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok, swept China’s Top Esports (TES) with a dominant 3-0 victory in Sunday’s semifinal match. This win sets the stage for T1 to potentially claim their third consecutive championship.
Their opponents, KT Rolster, earned their spot in the grand final by overcoming Gen.G with a 3-1 series win. KT Rolster enters the final having not lost a single game throughout the entire tournament.
The highly anticipated best-of-five championship series is scheduled for next Sunday, November 9, commencing at 7:00 AM UTC (4:00 AM BrasÃlia time).
