Logisfashion is gearing up for its summer sales campaign, expecting to manage a record volume of over 2.3 million units, a 7.8% increase compared to last year. The company is also anticipating demand peaks of more than 250,000 per day, higher than those of the same campaign last year.

During the first 7 days of the campaign, which is the busiest period of the entire period, Logisfashion expects the largest volume of orders. To manage and process daily order outputs in a record manner, the company’s know-how and experience in these campaigns are crucial.

Strategic Hiring and Training

To cover the large volume of sales throughout the campaign and cope with the peaks in demand, Logisfashion has previously planned the hiring of more than 1,100 new employees, strengthening its team during this period. The company has also implemented a comprehensive strategy that includes the intensive training and formation of new employees to ensure that operational processes remain agile and efficient.

According to data from the Logisfashion group, the number of ecommerce orders prepared in recent years has experienced a constant increase, climbing from just over 200,000 orders in 2011 to more than 14 million last year, equivalent to an increase of more than 6900% in twelve years.
