Lloris will have a new contract at Tottenham

The Tottenham Hotspurs is very close to reaching an agreement with Hugo Lloris to renew his contract given that he is one of the most important footballers of the club and they want to retain him much longer in the squad. The French goalkeeper ends his contract at the end of this season but in the next few days it is planned to tie his future so that he continues to be the Spurs goalkeeper for at least two more seasons.

As our teammate Ekrem Konur tells us, Tottenham will do everything possible to renew the 34-year-old veteran goalkeeper for two more seasons as they are aware that he can still contribute much more to the London entity. The French footballer is completing his ninth season in the ranks of Spurs and is undoubtedly one of the most important players in the team, so there is no doubt about his permanence at the club.

With Mourinho he had problems

The arrival of José Mourinho to the Tottenham Hotspurs bench brought quite a few problems to Hugo Lloris Since the Frenchman had the occasional run-in with the Portuguese coach, however, this season with Nuno Espirito Santo at the controls of Spurs he has regained his smile and performed at a very high level, which is why there are no doubts in regarding your contract extension. It only remains to reach an economic agreement with the goalkeeper to announce its extension.
