The Portuguese event also focuses on helping the local community. People can raise funds through JustGiving links. SheUltra has already given €3,000 to the Faro oncology center. This money came from the SheUltra Legacy fund. They will also give two training mannequins for breast exams. This lets nurses practice and show how to check oneself.

A local team organizes SheUltra in Portugal. They want to get the community involved. They encourage people to join other events. SheUltra serves as a way to connect, show support, and promote health.

Huw Williams puts it simply. “SheUltra is not about competition,” he says. “It’s about connection, health, and courage.” He adds, “We want every woman to finish thinking: if I can do this, I can do anything.”
