Lentil bread, gluten free and delicious

I put together this video to share with you my own recipe for this wonderful protein-rich, iron-rich lentil bread!

It is a bread that does not contain flour of any kind and that is made only with lentils that are soaked during the previous one. It also uses yeast and oil so you can make it quickly and easily with ingredients you almost certainly have at home.
