Shamita Shetty is in the news for her third entry into Bigg Boss’s house. Shamita had first joined Bigg Boss in 2009, but left the show only after spending a month on the show, as she had to attend her sister Shilpa’s wedding. Following this, Shamita became part of Bigg Boss OTT, where she came into the spotlight as a second runner-up. Now Shamita is seen as a contestant on Bigg Boss 15.
Before entering the show, Shamita said many things in an interview. He recounted how difficult it was for him to decide to go to Bigg Boss OTT because at that time his brother-in-law Raj Kundra was seriously trapped in the porn movie case and because of this, Shamita was also being trolled a lot. Shamita said that it was very difficult for me to go to Bigg Boss OTT because the situation was so different at the time. Unfortunately, through no fault of mine, they were controlling me. At that time, my family also felt that it would be better for me to be locked up in Bigg Boss’s house. Along with this, I had already committed to the show and could not return since everything was finalized. I wanted to stick to my tongue because they say no, the show must go on.
Shamita also talked about her bond with Rakesh Bapat in this interview and said, unfortunately we didn’t get to spend a lot of time together after leaving Bigg Boss OTT. Rakesh had gone straight to Pune to spend time with his family and I was spending time with my family. Now I’m going to Bigg Boss 15, so everything will be on hold until it comes out.
