Law enforcement identify 21-year-old Jacksonville, Florida racist killer

Palmer entered a Dollar General grocery store armed with an AR-15 assault rifle, handgun, bulletproof vest, mask and gloves. He first opened fire on a woman in the parking lot, then killed two men in the store and then took his own life. All the deceased were black.

The sheriff’s office has confirmed that Palmer first arrived at Edward Waters College, where he got into an altercation with the college’s security staff, who saw him donning his bulletproof vest.

Security followed Palmer off campus and alerted a police officer. When the agents arrived, Palmer had already entered the store. Eleven minutes after hearing the shots, special forces entered the scene to find the two deceased and the lifeless body of the killer.

As pointed out earlier on Saturday, Sheriff TK Waters reiterated at a press conference that Palmer committed the massacre.for racial reasons, because he hated black people, to put it simply.”. The sheriff also confirmed the discovery of numerous racist writings in the room of his Orange Park home, where he lived with his parents. “It’s a madman’s diary,” the official summed up.
