Late Bollywood Legend Dharmendra’s Final Film ‘Ekkees’ Releases December 25

Bollywood screen legend Dharmendra has passed away at the age of 89. The iconic actor remained devoted to his craft throughout his life. His final film is now set for a posthumous release, allowing audiences to witness his performance one last time.

The film, titled ‘Ikis’, is scheduled to premiere in theaters on December 25. It is a powerful true story directed by Sriram Raghavan.

‘Ikis’ recounts the life of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, who became India’s youngest recipient of the Param Vir Chakra for his bravery. Dharmendra portrays the father of the young Army officer in the film.

Agastya Nanda stars in the central role of Arun Khetarpal. The cast also includes Jaideep Ahlawat and Ekavali Khanna.

An audio teaser for ‘Ikis’ was released on the morning of Dharmendra’s passing. It featured the actor’s distinct and powerful voice.
