Kuwait: How much is school fees being reduced?

A 25 percent reduction in private school fees in Kuwait has been proposed.

According to Kuwaiti media, the proposal was submitted by lawmaker MP Ali al-Qattan in the form of a letter to the Ministry of Education.

He asked the Ministry of Education to maintain a 25 per cent reduction in private school fees for the 2021/22 session.

Ali al-Qattan has demanded that schools be required to maintain a reduction in fees in the new session and that they be required to comply with the decision.

At the same time, he demanded that disciplinary action be taken against those schools which did not reduce their fees and they should be fined.

Ali al-Qattan recommended that the next education system be online or not, but that the reduction in fees should be maintained.
