Guess who’s just joined Mumbai’s elite club of luxury homeowners? Star actress Kriti Sanon has bought herself a stunning new penthouse. It’s located in the super fancy Pali Hill area. This beautiful new home cost a staggering 78.20 crore, making it one of the priciest house deals in the city’s residential market.
Kriti’s big splash in real estate shows she’s not just a talent on screen. Her new place is a grand, sea-facing duplex penthouse. It sits in a posh building called ‘Supreme Prana’. This building is a big part of the high-profile Pali Hill scene.
This lavish penthouse spreads across 7,302 square feet. It covers two floors, the 14th and 15th, offering amazing views of the sea. What’s more, Kriti also gets six car parking spots with her new home. The price per square foot comes out to about 1.18 lakh. This shows just how expensive and exclusive this suburban Mumbai property truly is.
The property was officially registered on August 14, 2025. Kriti paid a stamp duty of 3.91 crore for the deal. She also paid a registration fee of 30,000. As a woman buyer, she received a one percent discount on the stamp duty. While Kriti hasn’t said anything about this purchase herself, the property papers clearly confirm the deal.
This isn’t Kriti’s only recent real estate move. Earlier, in July 2024, she picked up a premium plot in Alibaug. That piece of land cost her more than 2 crore. It’s a lush green, 2000-square-foot plot that also boasts a sea view. This Alibaug plot is part of ‘The House of Abhinandan Lodha’ project. Big names like Amitabh Bachchan have also invested in properties there.
On the career side, Kriti Sanon has a busy schedule. Recent reports suggest she might star in ‘Cocktail 2’. She also has several other movies lined up. Fans can look forward to seeing her with Dhanush in ‘Tere Ishq Mein’. She’s also working alongside Ranveer Singh in the much-anticipated ‘Don 3’.
