Recently, Manoj Muntashir, the film’s dialogue writer, while tweeting, has accepted that people’s religious feelings have been hurt because of the film. He has apologized for this.
Manoj Muntashir wrote: “I accept that the feelings of the public have been affected by the film Adipurush. To all my brothers and sisters, elders, respected sages and devotees of Shri Ram, I apologize unconditionally with folded hands. May Lord Bajrang Bali bless us all, give us the strength to remain one and unwavering and serve our holy, eternal and great country!’ The film Adipurush, based on the epic Ramayana, was released on June 16 and was made on a budget of Rs 600 crore. So far, the film has earned more than Rs 128 crore at the domestic box office.
