The name of Kristen Stewart already sounds in the favorite pools to be nominated for an Oscar for her work in “Spencer”, but it seems that she does not lose sleep.
“I don’t give a shit,” the actress said of that possibility on Variety’s Awards Circuit Podcast, bluntly, if sarcastically, according to the publication.
“The Oscars are kind of funny. There are so many incredible movies and performances that are barely seen. It definitely says something about where we are as a cumulative presence, what we are seeing, what we care about, ”he added.
And she noted that she appreciated that something she was involved in had sparked such a broad conversation.
If the forecasts come true, it would be the first nomination for an Academy Award for Stewart, who has a long list of works behind him, since he made his film debut at the age of ten in “The Safety of Objects.”
“I’m sitting back and enjoying the benefits of a decision I made when I was someone I can still identify with, but who I am no longer,” she told Interview Magazine in 2015 about whether she wanted to be an actress since she was little.
