Kolkata’s victory brought a big change in the points table, find out what the position of the teams is

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have stayed in the playoff race with a 6 wicket win against Chennai Super Kings (CSK). The KKR team has now reached the 7th position in the points table. The top 4 in the points table are currently occupied by Gujarat Titans, Chennai Super Kings, Mumbai Indians and Lucknow Super Giants team. Chennai Super Kings rank second with 15 points from 13 matches and their net run rate is 0.381.

After KKR’s win against Chennai, Punjab Kings have now slipped to 8th position in the points table with 12 points. Punjab’s net run rate is currently -0.268. In 9th place is the Sunrisers Hyderabad team who have won 4 after 11 matches so far. Hyderabad’s net run rate is -0.471. The first team to fall out of the playoff race this season is Delhi Capitals, who could only win 4 out of 12 games and are at the bottom of the point table with 8 points.
