After dating for years and keeping their relationship very well hidden, actress Athiya Shetty and cricketer KL Rahul have finally tied the knot. The two tied the knot on Monday in a very private event at the Khandala farm of actor and Athiya’s father, Suniel Shetty.
The wedding festivities began on Saturday, when images and videos of the decorations at the country house began appearing on social media. On Sunday evening, the family hosted a sangeet with a cocktail party attended by family and close friends.
After the marriage, Sunil Shetty, while speaking to the media, said that Athiya and Rahul had taken seven rounds. During an interaction with the media when Sunil Shetty was asked when the reception for her will take place. In response to this, Sunil Shetty said that it will be finalized after the IPL.
