The court pointed to the upcoming Onam holidays as the reason for this decision. This brief reprieve offers the actress a moment of calm amid a storm.

Menon is facing some serious accusations. She has been accused of kidnapping and assaulting an IT employee. The court plans to take a closer look at her request for anticipatory bail. This detailed hearing will take place once the festive season has concluded.

Police Register Case Against Actress and Three Others

The Ernakulam North Police are actively investigating the matter. They have officially filed a case against Lakshmi Menon and three of her companions. The complaint came from an IT worker who resides in Aluva. He told police his version of events.

The man stated he visited a restobar in Kochi with some friends. An argument broke out with some individuals who were reportedly connected to the actress. Sensing trouble, he and his friends quickly decided to leave the venue. However, his ordeal was far from over. He alleges that he was then abducted and physically assaulted.
