Kelley Wolf Arrested; Scott Wolf Divorce Emergency Hearing Set Amid Harassment Charges

Kelley Wolf, 48, recently found herself in hot water, booked into Summit County Jail in Utah. She’s facing two criminal charges for now. These include harassment through electronic messages and sharing private personal information online. While Us Weekly confirmed these details, TMZ was the first to report the news.

This arrest happened on Tuesday, August 26. Formal charges haven’t been filed just yet. Meanwhile, Kelley’s estranged husband, actor Scott Wolf, also took action that same Tuesday. He asked a court for a protection order against her. His request came as Kelley continued posting worrying things on social media.

The couple’s divorce has been a messy affair, making headlines for weeks. Because of the recent events, an emergency hearing is now set for Thursday, August 28. This hearing will address the ongoing divorce proceedings between Kelley and Scott.

Scott, 57, filed for divorce back in June. This decision brought an end to their 21-year marriage. They share three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and their daughter Lucy, 11.

More legal news came to light on Tuesday regarding the children. Us confirmed that Scott was given temporary sole physical custody of their three kids. Court papers show that Scott and Kelley will still share legal custody. This is based on a parenting plan that the actor presented. For now, Scott gets the final say on decisions for the children if he and Kelley disagree.

Kelley can still connect with her children. She’s allowed three supervised calls or video chats each week. The judge called this "ample supervised parental time." If the children reach out to Kelley first, she is allowed to talk and interact with them. The kids will also have a "safe haven therapist." A court order prevents both Kelley and Scott from discussing the divorce in front of their children.

Back in June, Kelley claimed police held her involuntarily for seven days. This happened after the news of her divorce from Scott became public. Scott quickly pushed back on these claims. He called Kelley’s accusations "deeply disturbing and totally false." He also stated that Kelley supposedly planned to post about his parenting earlier this month.

Scott spoke to People magazine about the situation. He said, "Now I decide to speak and share that she has described her plans to me to ‘make accusations’ about me, even though she also admitted: ‘I don’t think they are true,’ to gain an advantage in what she sees as a ‘battle’ in the courts and in public opinion." He went on to explain his reasons. "To protect my children, I am sharing the text messages she sent me where she describes this plan, so there is no doubt about her intentions or the bad faith behind her false accusations made and/or planned for the future." It seems Scott is pulling no punches to protect his family.
