Pant was leaving Delhi for Roorkee on December 30 after returning from Dubai after celebrating Christmas. During this, her car collided with the divider near Mohammadpur Jat and caught fire. Pant was seriously injured in this painful accident. He was first admitted to the Roorkee hospital for first aid. He was then referred to the Max Hospital in Dehradun. After the scan there, Pant was found to have two cuts on his forehead. Apart from this, he has a serious leg, back, wrist and thumb injury. The ligament in his right hand has been torn. However, Pant’s condition is rapidly improving at Max Hospital. He was reportedly taken out of the ICU and transferred to a private hospital.
