Kangana Ranaut to Make Hollywood Debut in Psychological Horror Film Blessed Be the Evil

Bollyood actress Kangana Ranaut is set to make her Hollywood debut in the psychological horror film “Blessed Be the Evil,” directed by Anurag Rudra. The film will also star Tyler Posey, known for his role in “Teen Wolf,” and Scarlet Rose Stallone, daughter of Hollywood icon Sylvester Stallone.

Production to begin soon

According to Variety, filming is expected to start this summer in New York City. The production team chose US locations to avoid uncertainty related to the recently announced Trump Industry Tariff.

A psychological horror tale

“Blessed Be the Evil” is a psychological horror film written by Anurag Rudra and Gatha Tiwari, founder and chairperson of Lions Movies. The story follows a Christian couple struggling with the trauma of a miscarriage. They buy an abandoned farm with a dark history, only to encounter a malevolent force.

Story inspiration

Director Anurag Rudra shared that growing up in rural India, he heard stories that stayed with him. He wanted to share these tales internationally through cinema. The film’s narrative centers around the couple’s terrifying experience at the farm.

Kangana Ranaut’s work front

Kangana Ranaut has not yet commented on the project. She was last seen in “Emergency,” a film she directed and starred in as the late Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
