KABUL: Australia and New Zealand have announced they will end their withdrawal from Afghanistan following a bomb blast in the Afghan capital.
Dozens of people were killed in blasts in the Afghan capital, Kabul, yesterday, according to a foreign news agency.
The Prime Minister of New Zealand strongly condemned the bombing at Kabul Airport and said that there would be no further evacuation flights from Kabul.
It may be recalled that two blasts took place near the eastern gate of Kabul Airport yesterday, killing more than two dozen people and injuring more than 60 others, including children.
Taliban spokesman Sohail Shaheen said the Islamic Emirate condemned the Kabul airport bombing, which took place in an area where security is in the hands of US forces.
Sohail Shaheen said that the Islamic Emirate is paying full attention to the safety and security of its people and mischievous circles will be strictly stopped.
