She has cause for celebration. Even as an 11-year-old girl, Juliana Oneal had to experience the drama that has marked her throughout her life. At her young age, she went through such an aggressive process and such a poor prognosis when she had Hodgkin lymphoma cancer, a disease of the lymph nodes that is not very common. That was her first challenge.
Years later, as an adult, a second challenge came: thyroid cancer; And as if that were not enough, since November of last year, she has been battling her third major litmus test: breast cancer.
This strong-willed woman, with an impressive voice who has conquered the hearts of Dominicans in a genre dominated by men, with courage and courage, told Listín Diario how circumstances, sometimes somewhat ironic, have given her a more challenging title than to be “the queen of the mambo”.
Her qualifier is higher, now Juliana is “the warrior who fights for life”, because for her the secret is not to give up.
