Julián Fernández has everything agreed to reinforce Lanús

The midfielder Julián Fernández has practically agreed on his link to Lanús, with a view to the next 2023 season in Argentine soccer in the Professional League.

The 27-year-old holding midfielder will go on loan for a season, with an option to buy, from Newell’s Old Boys to the maroon entity. Coach Frank Kudelka specially requested his arrival, after directing him at the Rosario institution.

“The only thing left is for the player and his representative to agree on the numbers. Between clubs everything is already resolved,” said a source from the club in the south of Greater Buenos Aires.

Fernández, who emerged from the training divisions of All Boys, also previously wore the shirts of Olimpo de Bahía Blanca and Palestino de Chile, among other institutions.

The midfielder will be the fifth reinforcement that Garnet will have in this market, after the defenders Cristian Lema (Newell’s Old Boys) and José María Canale (Godoy Cruz), the midfielder Juan Sánchez Miño (Colón de Santa Fe) have already joined. and the attacker Leandro Díaz (Estudiantes de La Plata).

Meanwhile, striker Brian Blando accuses a muscle injury in the soleus, the same as Díaz from Tucumán, who has tendinitis. The two players are being treated with kinesiology.

The Lanús squad continues to work on the final stretch of preparation, prior to the official start of the tournament, scheduled for the end of the month.
