Jonas Brothers Surprise Houston with Colombian Star Ela Taubert

The Jonas Brothers’ JONAS20: Greetings From Your Hometown Tour has been defined by an impressive lineup of surprise musical guests. Each stop on the milestone 20th-anniversary tour promises fans an unexpected and unique experience.

Joe Jonas previously shared with People that this tour would be "different." He expressed the band’s commitment to delivering "the best show possible every night" and bringing "something distinct."

The tour launched on August 10, 2025, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The opening night immediately set the tone with multiple special appearances.

Among the first to join Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas was the band Switchfoot. The brothers cited Switchfoot as an early inspiration, performing "Meant to Live" and "Hold On" together. Switchfoot later reappeared in Chula Vista, California, to perform "Dare You to Move."

Jesse McCartney, who previously hosted the Jonas Brothers on tour nearly two decades ago, also took the stage. He performed his hit "Beautiful Soul" and returned for a medley of "Leavin’" and "Beautiful Soul" at Boston’s Fenway Park.

Dean Lewis, featured on the Jonas Brothers’ recent album Greetings From Your Hometown, joined the trio at MetLife. They performed the ballad "Loved You Better."

The biggest surprise of the opening night was the reunion with former Disney Channel co-star Demi Lovato. She joined the Jonas Brothers for a Camp Rock medley, featuring songs from the 2008 film and its 2010 sequel. Lovato and Joe Jonas also performed "Wouldn’t Change a Thing."

The surprises extended to the second tour night in Bristow, Virginia, on August 12. All Time Low was invited to perform their hit "Dear Maria, Count Me In."

The opening night at MetLife Stadium also featured a touching family moment. The Jonas Brothers invited their parents, Denise and Kevin Jonas Sr., and brother Franklin Jonas to sing "When You Look Me in the Eyes." Kevin’s wife Danielle and their daughters, Valentina and Alena, later joined them.

On August 14, 2025, in Camden, New Jersey, the band hosted The Click Five. The Jonas Brothers once opened for the group, who performed their 2005 hit "Just the Girl."

Hanson, the iconic brother band, joined the Jonas Brothers in Virginia Beach on August 15, 2025. They delivered a rendition of their classic "MMMBop."

The Hersheypark Stadium in Hershey, Pennsylvania, welcomed two special guests on August 17, 2025. Cartel performed "Say Anything (Else)," followed by Hoobastank, who sang their 2003 hit "The Reason."

Toronto’s Rogers Center saw Canadian artists JP Saxe and Alessia Cara on August 21, 2025. Saxe performed "If the World Was Ending" and a surprise version of Camp Rock‘s "Gotta Find You." Cara sang her hit "Scars to Your Beautiful."

Boston’s Fenway Park hosted a series of guests on August 23. Actor Glen Powell was seen among the crowd. Dashboard Confessional performed "Vindicated" and "Take a Breath." Fellow 2000s pop star JoJo sang "Leave (Get Out)" and "Vacation Eyes."

The Plain White T’s joined the Jonas Brothers in Tinley Park, Illinois, for "Hey There Delilah." Joe Jonas called it "one of the most iconic, hopeful love songs." The band also appeared in Dallas on August 31, 2025.

Country singer Russell Dickerson performed "Happen to Me" with the brothers in Detroit on August 28, 2025.

The Dallas show featured multiple artists, including Ryan Cabrera with "On the Way Down." Kelsea Ballerini performed her song "Peter Pan" and joined for "Fly With Me."

In a major reunion, Fifth Harmony members Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, Lauren Jauregui, and Normani took the stage together for the first time in seven years. They performed "Worth It" and "Work From Home."

Jason Mraz, a San Diego native, sang his 2008 hit "I’m Yours" in Chula Vista.

Los Angeles’ Intuit Dome hosted John Legend, who performed his ballad "All of Me" and "I Believe" with the Jonas Brothers.

In Salt Lake City on September 13, 2025, Tyler Glenn of Neon Trees performed "Everybody Talks." Pierre Bouvier of Simple Plan also joined for "I’m Just a Kid."

Vancouver saw an unexpected guest on September 18, 2025. Machine Gun Kelly joined the Jonas Brothers for his song "Cliché" and their hit "Sucker."

Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena hosted pop duo The Veronicas on September 22, 2025, for "4ever." Sum 41 also appeared, performing "In Too Deep."

Paul Russell performed "Lil Boo Thang" in San Francisco on September 25, 2025. Andrew McMahon, from Something Corporate and Jack’s Mannequin, sang Jack’s Mannequin hit "Dark Blue" and also joined for "Fly With Me."
