Jon Jones Targets November Fight at Iconic Madison Square Garden

UFC Fans Anticipate Jon Jones’ Return to the Octagon

UFC fans are once again at the same point as they were a year ago, eagerly awaiting the highly anticipated fight between Jon Jones and Stipe Miocic. The fight, which was initially scheduled to take place at Madison Square Garden on November 11, 2023, was cancelled due to a serious injury to Jones.

However, Jones has hinted that the fight is close to being finalized for the same dates a year later. The former light heavyweight champion and current heavyweight champion shared a tweet, which he later deleted, giving good news to his fans about his return to the Octagon.

Aspinall or Pereira, That is the Question

Many fans give Jones as the clear favorite for the fight against Miocic, who hasn’t fought for over 3 years. In fact, the 41-year-old fighter has a discouraging fact, and that is that currently there is no fighter left in the UFC that he has had a fight against.

If the predictions come true, there are many doubts about Jones’ future. There is talk of a possible retirement, or a fight against Tom Aspinall or Alex Pereira. For now, Aspinall has to defend his interim belt against Curtis Blaydes, and everything indicates that Pereira will have to do the same at light heavyweight against Magomed Ankalaev. Uncertainty, many possibilities on the table, and above all great expectations to see the return of the best in the company’s history.
