Johnny Lever is a brilliant actor and comedian in the Bollywood industry. His comedic timing is amazing. Seeing him on the screen, even a crying person starts laughing. Johnny Lever has recalled his school days during an interview. He told that his father was addicted to alcohol and due to lack of money he had to leave school while studying in class 7.
During an interview with Mashable India, Johnny Lever said: “There was a lot of poverty. The father was addicted to alcohol. That’s why he didn’t pay attention to us. The father had an older brother. We used to take money from them for fees, for rations. Later I got angry. I thought what to ask for money again and again. After that I left school. Sometimes without uniform, sometimes nothing, but I received a lot of love at school. I copied everyone.
Johnny Lever further said, ‘I used to copy the masters. The teacher in my class was very loving. She loved me very much. He is in America now. I am still in contact with him. When I got out of school, they sent children to call me. She said that she will pay my fees until then when she studies.
Let’s just say Johnny Lever has worked on over 300 movies so far. He was last seen in Rohit Shetty’s film Circus in which he shared the screen with stars like Ranveer Singh, Varun Sharma. However, the film, released in the year 2022, turned out to be a box office flop.
