John Abraham has signed the contract for a bungalow at Linking Road, Khar, Mumbai. He bought a new property for Rs 75 crore.
According to IndexTap.com, the actor had signed a contract worth Rs 70.8 crore on December 27, 2023. An additional amount of Rs 4.25 crore was paid as stamp duty. The area of the property purchased by John is 7,722 square feet while the area of the bungalow is 5,416 square feet. What John Abraham plans to do with the property has not been revealed. John’s new property, 372 Nirmal Bhawan, is a ground floor and two storey building. This property belonged to Praveen Nathlal Shah and his family.
According to a report by E Times, this property is located in a prime area of Linking Road, which has one of the highest commercial property prices in the city, according to sources in the real estate market. According to the report, Pankaj Kapoor of Lias Foras said, “Rents for retail outlets on Linking Road are more than Rs 800 per sq ft. It is one of the most expensive retail markets in India.”
