JD Sports is buying sports brand Hibbett for $1.1 billion

JD Sports has achieved one Purchase agreement for the American sportswear brand Hibbettunder which it will acquire all of the company’s outstanding shares for $87.5 (approximately €81.8 euros) per share in cash, representing a total enterprise value of approximately $1.1 billion (approximately €1,029 million).
