Javed Akhtar gave a proper response to Kangana Ranaut’s accusations, saying, “What he said is just a lie.”

Veteran Bollywood lyricist Javed Akhtar appeared in the Mumbai court on Monday. Where he broke the silence about the accusations made by Kangana Ranaut. During the hearing of the case, Javed Akhtar said that everything Kangana Ranaut said during an interview given to a news channel after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput in 2020 was nothing but a lie.

Javed Akhtar actually appeared before the Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court in Mumbai on Monday. Where he assured that Kangana Ranaut had made defamatory statements against him in a television interview, which allegedly damaged his honor. He said that everything Kangana said in that interview is nothing but a lie.

Actually in the year 2020 when Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide. Then Kangana Ranaut had exposed the industry and said in an interview given to a channel: “Once, Javed Akhtar called me at his house and told me that Rakesh Roshan and his family are very important people. If you don’t apologize to him, you will go to jail and in the end there will only be one form of destruction… then you will commit suicide. At that time, he was trembling after hearing these words from him… Not only this, Kangana even accused Javed of instigating Sushant to commit suicide.

Last month, Javed Akhtar had said in a statement before the magistrate that, ‘All the accusations against me are false. Because I’m from Lucknow. Where it is customary to say not you but you. Even if someone is younger than you… In such a situation, I am very surprised to hear all those accusations against me.
