Jasprit Bumrah had a narrow escape and could have been seriously injured, adding to Team India’s problems

Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah narrowly escaped injury in the Asia Cup Super 4 match between India and Sri Lanka. In this match, played at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, the Indian team was restricted to just 213 runs. After that, when the team came out to bowl, Bumrah suddenly twisted his ankle after bowling the fourth ball of the first over. He seemed to be in pain after that, but he continued bowling.

Jasprit Bumrah returns to international cricket after a long time, fully fit. And after almost a year, he is playing in ODI. After twisting his ankle in that game, Bumrah continued playing and indicated to the team’s physiotherapist and other players that he was completely fine.
