James has fun with Olympiacos

After two consecutive draws, Olympiacos led by Michel González was reunited with the victory on the fifteenth day of the Greek League with a win against Asteras (5-0), who faced the clash with four Spaniards who rose to six in the last half hour. The Spanish Pep Biel, who opened the scoring, and the Colombian James Rodríguez, who signed the second, facilitated the new victory of Olympiacos, which is fourth in the table dominated by Panathinaikos, although two points behind PAOK, third, and six points behind AEK, second.

Biel, after four minutes, opened the scoring of the match played at the Georgios Karaiskakis stadium and James extended it after half an hour. In the second part, in 1968, the Congolese Cedric Bakambu, a pass from James, made the third. Olympiacos rounded off the win in the final stretch. In minute 84 the Cape Verdean Garry Rodrigues made the fourth and in the Georgios Masouras closed the scoring.

The Athenian team caused the second defeat in the last four days of Asteras who faced the clash with four Spaniards in their starting eleven: David Carmona, Pepe Castaño, Juan Domínguez and Xesc. He finished the game with six because at game time Adrián Riera and Daniel Santafe jumped onto the field. Defender Francisco Atienza did not have minutes who remained on the bench.
