Jaishankar criticizes China, says India does not have a ‘secret agenda’ in cooperation with Africa

“We have worked with Africa in accordance with its priorities, desirability and aspirations,” Jaishankar said at the UN Security Council open discussion on ‘Cooperation between the United Nations and Subregional Organizations (African Union)’. We believe that the growth of Africa is essential for true multipolarity in the world order, and we are determined to do so. Support from India has always been unconditional or without a hidden agenda. This is evident in our 184 projects implemented with concessional financing in 41 African countries.
