The actor is currently behind bars in connection with the Renukaswamy murder case. His legal troubles deepened when the Supreme Court recently canceled his bail. Previously, the Karnataka High Court had granted him bail. However, a Supreme Court bench, including Justices J.B. Pardiwala and R. Mahadevan, overturned that decision. The Supreme Court stated that the High Court’s order had “many flaws.” They also noted that the High Court’s process was “mechanical” and that it had looked into the case during the pre-trial phase itself.
