Jacqueline Fernandez caught in trouble, ED charged in Rs 215 crore extortion case

The problems of the movie actress Jacqueline Fernandez may increase. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) also charged Jacqueline in the Sukesh Chandrashekhar case. The ED alleges that Jacqueline is a beneficiary in the Rs 215 crore extortion case. According to sources, the actress knew that Sukesh Chandrashekhar was a criminal and extortionist.

Directorate of Execution can present today a sheet of charges against the actress Jacqueline Fernandes in a case of extortion. The management has charged the actress in the extortion case of Rs 215 crore.

In this case, the ED may today file a substantial supplemental charge sheet against Jacqueline in a Delhi court. This charge sheet will be filed under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). This additional charge sheet will be made in the recovery case of Rs 200 crore related to the largest Suresh Chand Shekhar in the country. Sukesh is currently in Delhi’s Tihar jail.

Let us tell you that recently the ED attached Jacqueline’s FD worth Rs 7 crore 12 lakh. It is worth mentioning that in this case it is also alleged that Chandrashekhar had gifted goods worth Rs 10 million to Jacqueline.
