Jack Harper creates a hole for Málaga CF while failing at Racing

The boquerón club is immersed in another legal mess, this time with a player from the third division

Another demand to the offices of the Malaga CF has arrived and this time its protagonist is the center forward Jack Harper. The player who plays for Racing de Santander in the First RFEF has been the reason why the Brighton & Hove Albion has decided to accuse anchovy club before the TAD (Administrative Court of Sport).

The reasons go through a money that the Malaguista team had to pay the English team when they sold the player to Getafe. A series of irregularities occurred in said procedure and now justice has ruled in favor of the British club. As a consequence, they must pay the amount that has been pending since 2019.

In 2019, Málaga transferred the striker to Getafe, and part of the money had to go to Brighton’s coffers, the reality was never like that.

Brighton gets away with it and forces Malaga to pay the money for Jack Harper

Justice once again shines but not in favor of Malaga. This time the team chaired by José María Muñoz has lost one more case in court. The TAD has forced the boquerón team to pay the 187,500 euros for transfer rights of the footballer. Although it is not an exorbitant figure, it is a critical blow to the Malaguista coffers.

The president of the albiceleste entity has argued that the team does not have that amount now, so he is trying to negotiate a payment plan with the English club. Muñoz intends to pay the almost 200,000 euros within 12 months. This is not the only case in which Malaga is involved. His file grows as time goes on.

Speaking of Jack Harper, how is he doing at Racing?

The striker is going through a nightmare season, despite the fact that his team is leading the race. Only 292 minutes he has been able to accumulate in this course, although he has already scored two goals. However, that does not save him from going through a lousy performance, which will catapult him back to another team.

Since leaving Malaga in 2019, the attacker has gone through 5 teams in which he has not been successful. Getafe (although he did not play officially), Alcorcón, Cartagena, Villarreal B, and Racing. In all the clubs, the player has not been able to find the best version of himself, and he always ends up moving to another squad. Probably at the end of this campaign, the attacker will land on another team in the bronze league.
