The fight for a spot in the prestigious CBLOL, Brazil’s top League of Legends championship, came to a head this past Wednesday (8th). The Promotion Tournament grand final saw Alpha7 E-sports go up against Isurus Gaming. For Alpha7, it was a tough day. They faced a crushing 3-0 defeat. This meant the Argentine squad, Isurus Gaming, earned their place in CBLOL 2026.
The series was set as a Best-of-Five contest, meaning the first team to win three games would take the prize. Unfortunately for Alpha7, they couldn’t secure a single game. Isurus Gaming showed dominant form, sweeping the series with a clean 3-0 win. This secured their coveted spot in the upcoming 2026 season of the Brazilian League of Legends Championship.
