Israeli forward Zoabi, 19, faces a significant challenge this season due to a severe lack of playing opportunities with both his Portuguese club, Rio Ave, and his national Under-21 squad.
The young attacker has participated in only two official matches this season across all competitions.
His most recent appearance saw him remain on the bench throughout Israel’s U21 international fixture against Norway.
For his club, Rio Ave, Zoabi’s sole outing was a Portuguese Cup fixture, where he managed to score a goal despite his team’s elimination by Sintrense.
He has only appeared on the team sheet once for a Portuguese League match this season.
Despite consistent call-ups for the national Under-21 team, Zoabi rarely sees action, having only played for a few minutes in a match against the Netherlands in September.
