Ishaan Kishan who scored a double century in ODI will make his Test debut, this player will be replaced

The fourth match of the India-Australia Test series will kick off in Ahmedabad from March 9. In this match, the Indian cricket team can make a big change in their playing eleven. The Indian team has missed one player the most in this entire series of tests and his name is Rishabh Pant. Pant used to turn the game around by moving into the middle order with his aggressive hitting. Now the Indian team expects the same from Ishan Kishan.

Ishaan Kishan is present with the current Indian team but has not had the chance to play a single match so far. In the fourth Test match, captain Rohit Sharma can give Ishaan Kishan a chance to make his Test debut in place of KS Bharat. KS Bharath was given the chance to play in the first three Test matches but he couldn’t do anything amazing with the bat and his performance was not good even in terms of wicketkeeping.

The Indian team’s batting has struggled to score runs throughout the series. In such a situation, the India team captain can include Ishaan Kishan in the playing eleven instead of KS Bharat in the fourth and final test match. There can be mainly two reasons for this.

The first reason would be that Ishaan Kishan is a left-handed hitter. There is no left-handed batsman in the top 5 of the Indian team’s current XI and therefore Ravindra Jadeja had to be sent out to bat at number five. If Ishaan Kishan makes it to number five as a left-handed batsman, then Australian Nathan Lyon may be in a bit of trouble.

Another reason to make Ishaan Kishan part of the playing eleven could be his aggressive hitting. Ishaan Kishan recently scored a double century in ODI while he was batting very aggressively. Apart from this, everyone also knows the fast hitting of him in T20 format. Therefore, he can make it to number five and take it upon himself to counterattack as Rishabh Pant.

If we look at this India-Australia series, India is ahead 2-1 in the series after winning the first two Test matches. India had to face defeat in the third test match. Now if India is to capture the series and reach the final of the World Test Championship, then Australia will have to be beaten in the Ahmedabad Test.
