One of Qureshi’s most enduring compositions is ‘Ek Chameli Ke Mandve Tale’ from the 1964 film ‘Cha Cha Cha’. This song, based on a poem by Makhdoom Mohiuddin, showcased Qureshi’s ability to infuse music with emotion and depth. He worked with legendary singers such as Mohammad Rafi, Mukesh, Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle, and Mahendra Kapoor, creating timeless melodies.
