Rajasthan Royals and Chennai Super Kings have been eliminated, while eight teams are still in the running. Royal Challengers Bangalore tops the table with 16 points from 11 matches, having won eight. However, they need one more win to secure a playoff spot.

Punjab Kings is close behind with 15 points. A single win could boost their total to 17, significantly improving their playoff chances. Mumbai Indians is third with 14 points and has the best net run rate of 1.274. They need to win at least two of their remaining three matches to reach 18 points, which should secure their spot in the playoffs.

Teams on the Edge

Delhi Capitals has 12 points and faces pressure after two consecutive losses. To stay in contention, they need to win their remaining matches. Kolkata Knight Riders has 11 points and three matches left. A win in all these games could take them to 17 points, putting them in a strong playoff position. Lucknow Super Giants trails behind with 10 points and three matches remaining. Even if they win all their remaining matches, their playoff spot is not guaranteed.

Teams Struggling to Stay in Contention

Sunrisers Hyderabad has won only three out of 10 matches and has four games left. Even if they win all their remaining matches, they can only reach 14 points, making their playoff hopes slim. A loss to Delhi Capitals could officially eliminate them.

Eliminated Teams

Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals have already been eliminated from the playoff contention. Rajasthan has lost nine out of 12 matches, while Chennai Super Kings has lost nine out of 11. The remaining matches will be crucial in determining the final playoff lineup.
