IPL 2022: Mohammed Shami is not impressed with Umran Malik, says he has incredible speed but…

Sunrisers Hyderabad’s young fast bowler Umran Malik has made everyone crazy with his speed. He took 15 wickets in the first eight games. Including five wickets against Gujarat Titans. However, with no wickets in the last three matches, Umran has been questioned by critics whether the young pacemaker from Jammu should be included in the Indian squad. On which Gujarat fast bowler Mohammed Shami has said that he will take more time to mature.

Shami said: I agree that he has the groove, but personally, I’m not a big fan of him. I think if you can throw 90 mph and swing the ball both ways, it’s enough to annoy hitters. He has incredible speed, but he still needs more time to mature.

As well as Malik, Lucknow Super Giants pacemaker Mohsin Khan has captured the attention of cricket fans with his ability to swing the new ball and be economical while taking ten wickets in six matches.

He said that Mohsin Khan used to practice with me. He is a strong young bowler but he has to focus on bowling well as he has to do a game plan and improve physically and mentally.

Shami said about Dayal, in Gujarat fast pitcher Yash Dayal has performed impressively with nine wickets in five games. Yash Dayal is very small and is adept at swinging the ball both ways. I don’t have a lot of time to work with him, but whatever I’ve seen of him, he’s good at swinging the ball both ways.
