In IPL 2022 match number 62 was played between Chennai Super Kings and Gujarat Titans on Sunday. Batting first after winning the toss, CSK scored 133 runs for the loss of 5 wickets. In response, Gujarat won the match by 7 wickets making 137 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in 19.1 overs. During the match, Afghanistan’s star batsman Rahmanullah Gurbaz met with Mahendra Singh Dhoni. He also shared photos of this meeting on social media.
Rahmanullah Gurbaz is a part of Gujarat Titans this season. Gurbaz was included in the team by the franchise after Jason Roy was left out of IPL 2022. He can also do wicketkeeping along with a fast batsman. However, this season he has not yet been included in the starting eleven. He though he is bringing more refinement in his batting by becoming part of Gujarat. Even after meeting Dhoni, he seemed quite happy. He shared the experience of this meeting through a tweet.

It was great to meet the great player MS Dhoni. I can’t express the feeling I feel after meeting him. Dhoni is a wonderful person and very inspiring. I will never forget the trust and advice he has given me. I hope to find it again.
