Intuit takes control of MailChimp for € 12 billion

Intuit, a software company specializing in financial services, has taken over MailChimp, digital marketing platform. Investing in it close to 12 billion in both cash and stocks.

The objective of this union is that MailChimp will allow Intuit to continue growing considerably, offering a series of services to SMEsSuch as marketing your business, managing customer relationships, or accessing capital.

“The joint work of Intuit and MailChimp will help platform users find an end-to-end solution”, it states Intuit.
