About 1,5000 franchise owners, factory employees and Helados Bon stores throughout the national territory will receive training from the National Institute of Professional Technical Training (Infotep) in technical and managerial areas in the next three years.
This is established by an agreement signed this Monday in the Infotep auditorium by its general director, Rafael Santos Badía and the general manager of Helados Bon, Luis Fernando Enciso, who highlighted that through this alliance a training plan will be designed that will cover skills in accounting, human resource management, leadership, communication, environmental awareness, waste management and modules focused on other areas. Enciso specified that “since 1972 at Helados Bon we have built a business model that has allowed the development of hundreds of Dominican entrepreneurs, and for us it is of the utmost importance to continue contributing to society, with the vision that young people have greater opportunities for both professional and personal growth ”. The executive said these efforts are aimed at enhancing the professional skills of Helados Bon owners, factory employees and retail stores and the community. The general director of Infotep, Santos Badía explained that the agreement contemplates the design of training programs aimed at raising the level of qualification of Helados Bon employees, franchise staff and other related companies. He added that this agreement is the expression of the will of both entities to continue a collaboration that began in 2004, when the training in the dual modality began, with the placement of 15 apprentices in the areas of electrical installation and maintenance, refrigeration and air conditioning, and industrial mechanics.
