Indo-Nepal Relationship: Although there is a relationship between India and Nepal, but during the last two-three years, China is acting as a villain between the two countries. China left no stone unturned to provoke Nepal against India. Recently also the Chinese representative had visited Nepal. During this too, the dragon did not make any difference in instigating Nepal against India and hatching a conspiracy. But only two-three days after this, Indian Army Chief General Manod Pandey has reached Nepal for a five-day visit. He has met the Prime Minister of Nepal Sher-Bahadur Deuba. During this, very important talks have taken place between India and Nepal in view of security. This has increased the anger of China.

In fact, India has ruined its tour on the Chinese move. Indian Army Chief General Manoj Pandey met Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba during his five-day visit to Nepal on Tuesday. According to the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu, he was accompanied by Ambassador Naveen Srivastava and other members of the delegation. The embassy said in a statement that General Pandey briefed the Prime Minister about his engagements in Kathmandu and expressed his personal gratitude for the warm hospitality extended by the Government of Nepal. He reaffirmed that he would work to further strengthen defense cooperation between the two countries. Earlier in the day, the Indian Army Chief had visited the Nepali Army Command and Staff College in Shivpuri and addressed the students and staff there.

President of Nepal honored the Indian General

China’s fret has also increased because the Indian Army Chief was honored with the honorary rank of General of the Nepalese Army by Nepal’s President Bidya Devi Bhandari. He was given the honor at a special ceremony at ‘Sheetal Niwas’, the official residence of the President in Kathmandu. He was also presented with a sword and scroll during the ceremony. The ceremony was attended by the Indian Ambassador and other senior officials of both the countries. The tradition of conferring honorary titles on the army chiefs of each other’s country goes back seven decades. The Commander-in-Chief, General K.M. Cariappa was the first Indian Army Chief to be awarded this title in 1950. General Pandey is scheduled to visit Muktinath temple in Mustang district on Wednesday and will also visit the Nepal Army’s mid command headquarters in Pokhara on the same day.

India and China border with Nepal

Nepal is also important for India because China shares a lot of border with Nepal. India will be able to answer all the conspiracies of China towards strengthening relations with Nepal. Nepal has been an old ally of India. No Chinese soldier can even infiltrate through Nepal. Even this gives great security to India. The soldiers of India and Nepal live in brotherhood on the border. China burns even more than this. China tried many times to spoil relations between Nepal and India. So that he could carry out nefarious activities in India through Nepal, but every time India thwarted his move.
