New Delhi: The Indian agency approached the Delhi High Court to get the death penalty for Kashmiri leader Yasin Malik.

The National Investigation Agency has approached the Delhi High Court to seek punishment, the NIA application against Yasin Malik has been fixed for hearing in the court on Monday, May 29.
A Division Bench of Delhi High Court comprising Justice Siddharth Meridal and Justice Talwant Singh will hear the hearing.
