New Delhi: More than 100 people, including 45 children, have died due to food poisoning at a wedding party in the Indian state of Rajasthan.
According to Indian media, the incident took place in Sardar Shahar Qasba in Choro district of Rajasthan, where women and several other men, including 45 children, succumbed to food poisoning after eating at a wedding party and their condition deteriorated.
After the condition of the people became critical due to food poisoning, they were rushed to nearby hospitals by minibus and auto.
According to the report, such a large number of people suffering from food poisoning created an atmosphere of chaos in the hospital due to overcrowding.
