India vs West Indies ODI Series: The ODI World Cup 2023 will kick off on Indian soil from 5th October, but before that, the India team had to face a humiliating 6-wicket defeat in the second ODI against West Indies. The Indian team has a team loss, which is already out of the ODI World Cup. The bowlers and batsmen performed very poorly from the India team. The team management did a lot of experimenting on the West Indies tour. Just before the World Cup, this loss has been a wake up call for the India team. India TV has conducted a poll on India’s defeat, in which people have given their opinion.

After the loss against the West Indies, has the preparation of the Indian team been exposed? India TV wanted to find answers to this and conducted a poll, in which 5,184 people gave their opinion. In this poll, 74 per cent of people agreed that the India team’s secrets were exposed after the defeat. At the same time, 21 percent of people do not consider the defeat of the Indian team as a threat to the World Cup. Other than this, there have been 5 percent of people who said they can’t tell what difference it will make.

Ishan Kishan came on to open in place of Rohit Sharma from the first ODI against the West Indies. Rohit himself came to bat at number seven. While Virat Kohli didn’t hit at all. This era of change did not stop here. Following this, Hardik Pandya took over the captaincy in the second ODI and Rohit-Virat was rested. Sanju Samson and Akshar Patel replaced him in the playing XI.
