The Indian team will tour South Africa later this year, where the team has to play series in all three formats. The complete schedule has been announced by the Board of Control of Cricket in India regarding this tour. This Team India tour will kick off on December 10 with a 3-match T20 series. After this a series of 3 ODIs will be played and finally 2 test matches.
The next one to be played in India will start from October 5, while the final match will be played on November 19. Immediately after this, the Indian team will leave for the tour of South Africa. The team will play the first match of the T20 series in Durban on December 10 while in Kubera on December 12. The final T20 game of the series will be played on December 14 at the Johannesburg ground.
The ODI series will start from December 17, in which the first match will be played in Johannesburg. The second ODI will be played on December 19 at Cubera, while the last ODI of the series will be played on December 21 at Pearl Ground.

In this World Test Championship cycle, the Indian team has to play their second series of Overseas Tests in South Africa. The first Test match of the series between the two teams will kick off on December 26 at the Centurion Ground on Boxing Day. At the same time, the second match of this 2-match test series will be played at the beginning of the year 2024 from January 3 to 7 at the Cape Town ground. Earlier, when the Indian team last visited South Africa in the year 2021-22, they had to face a 2-1 defeat in the 3-match test series.
